A conversion for mixed use supports a local non-profit.

 

This project for the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) adds housing over their existing office, allowing for rental income generation to support their non-profit organization. The project consists of additions and alterations to the current two-story Type III commercial building. These include reconfiguration of the existing office space for SFAR, development of new commercial rental space on the street level, and three new stories of residential units above. One of the 12 proposed one-bedroom and two-bedroom units will be offered below market rate.
